im diecited to write this argument to discus about how everyone is slowly lose our rights as americans. every year more pointless laws are getting made and the worst of it is in schools. slowly the schools started as a place to learn to a dictatorship. more rules and restictions are getting made every day. from over pricing on food and sports to power hunger teachers. i should know ive been suspended for foolish reasons and have become a activist into making school more fair for students. for instance ive had friends who couldent get lunch because certain lunch ladies go all commando over lunch. your allowed to to go under but this lunch ladie decided hey you must talk to manager. she could hardly speack english. yea thats fair to us no food and another worker who we cant even understand luckly they were smart enough to go to another line to get lunch or they would have starved. anoother case is how in summer school 2 kids were suspended for a piggy back ride. thats was the most dumbest reason to get suspended for!! ive talked to multiple students about that same topic and they said that is the dumbest reason to get suspended. and i remeber 2 years ago befor i went to eastview i was assulted by two teachers. one decided to grab ahold of my seat and started shaking me. i went to the principal. i told him what happened. he couldent do anything because he grabbed ahold of my chair, not me my chair. you wanna know why he shakded me because i called him dude. thats fair. the second time i litterly dont know how he got away with it. what happend is that me and my friends ended up drinking pickled banana pepper juice from the jar. when i got back into class it got to me. i threw up in classs, everywhere! then the teacher mt. hidimen decided to grab me by the neck and lift me off my seat strangling me. when i got back from the nurses office. (i didint go home because i didint have a ride.) i told the principal again! he bilived my story and interviewed multiple students. some said he was vigurisly choking me others said he was just doing his job. well in the end i ended up going home that day with a sore neck. its injustice. we have no rights literly they have a handbook they make us sign to give away our rights when we go to school if we dont we cant go to school. litterly the other day a student got suspended for when a fellow student went to jail and a girl decided to make a teacher saying "free ****" she decided to stand up to the teachers and said "NO i will not chang me shirt!" she was suspended for her first american right. the right of freedom of speech. the one right were even outside of school no one has anymore. our goverment started as a DEMOCRACY not SOCIALISM i belive that people need to stand up and fight for there rights! basiclly the goverment and the school says we still got our rights. yea we barely have our rights we have so many ristictions i just dont under stand anymore. my family are from australia we came here for a chance to see a new socity. its not new its just another dictatorship. i plead my first amendment right to publish this article on a public site to not be deleted.
